These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the qu77 platform and all related services. When you create an account on qu77 or access this platform, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms.

If any user provides a false age or false information, qu77 reserves the right to immediately close their account and freeze the associated funds.

Each user may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of the rules and all accounts may be closed.

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. qu77 may at any time request necessary documents for identity verification, such as a national identity card or passport.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. The account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.

qu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus or promotion abuse.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.

In the event of an account closure, the return of legitimate funds will be at qu77's discretion and will be determined based on the outcome of an investigation.

Funds can be deposited on the qu77 platform through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If a transaction is not completed or is delayed, please contact the support team immediately.
• Depositing using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit, unless qu77 approves otherwise.
• If the wagering conditions of a bonus have not been met, the withdrawal may be cancelled.
• In cases of suspicious activity, qu77 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for verification purposes.

qu77 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings. qu77 does not provide any tax advice in this regard.

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 must be made for the first time.
• The total bonus amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 15 times (15x) before withdrawal.
• The bonus can only be used on eligible games — some games may not contribute to meeting the wagering requirement.
• The bonus must be used within a specified time limit, otherwise it will be cancelled.

The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — it will only be converted into withdrawable balance after the wagering conditions are met.

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. There are three VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher level by staying regularly active.

Bonus abuse (such as collecting bonuses with multiple accounts or arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the relevant accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

All games on the qu77 platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are controlled by impartial technology and are not predetermined for any user.

• Any form of hacking, cheating software, or illegal methods is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, qu77's system logs will be considered the final evidence.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, qu77 reserves the right to void that payout.
• If a game is lost due to a disconnection, qu77 will consider compensation after an appropriate investigation.

All bets are considered final once confirmed. Cancellation of a bet is not possible except in the case of a technical error.

For sports betting, no bets are accepted after the result of a match or event has been determined. Specific rules may apply for cricket, football, and other sports events, which are detailed in the betting section.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set and may vary by game or event.
